Group Sales

We welcome hundreds of bus tours, corporate outings, school and camp field trips, community organizations and others to Mount Washington each year! Discount fares may be available for groups of 20 or more traveling on non-peak dates, reserved under contract at least 45 days in advance.

Our Group Sales program is limited to business-to-business transactions only, and all inquiries should include:

  • the name of your travel agency, school group or organization

  • the date and time you’d like to travel

  • a high estimate of the number of seats you’ll need

Family groups, reunions and other non-commercial groups of 20 or more will automatically receive a discounted rate when purchasing tickets from our ticket page

Note: group reservations must be made at least 45 days prior to the date of departure to be eligible for discount rates. Discount rates apply to our biodiesel trains only, and are not available on our steam trains.

IMPORTANT: So that both parties may keep a record of what are often complicated arrangements, all Group Sales inquiries must be made in writing, by using the form on this page. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!
