Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture high quality photographic images of guests prior to boarding

• Catalog, process and edit digital images using asset management software

• Interact directly with guests in a fast-paced sales environment

• Produce print and digital products

• Assist in maintenance of camera, printer and computer equipment

• Remain positive, professional, and courteous at all times

• Assist guests by directing them to appropriate personnel for boarding, ticketing issues and any other problems or inquiries.

• Assist other departments as needed, including but not limited to: ticket scanning, cleaning, parking, gift shop and kitchen

Job Requirements:

• Must be punctual and reliable.

• Must be comfortable using a digital camera, computer, printer, and software

• Must be able to follow specific instructions regarding high-volume camera and workflow procedures

• Must be capable of communicating in a clear, engaging and confident manner.

• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays

• Must successfully complete a supervised training process

• Prior photography, computer and/or sales experience is preferred, however, we will train otherwise quailfied candidates

The Mount Washington Cog Railway provides all necessary training for this position. This is a seasonal job with a layoff at the end of our season.
